Deposit Instructions for specific banks in Singapore

We’ve designed the iSTOX platform to make both deposits and withdrawals as simple and seamless as possible. In the case of many banks, enabling your first deposit should be as simple as adding iSTOX as a payee from within your bank account. In the case of others, there may be a few additional steps and considerations to keep in mind.

The table below covers deposit instructions for accounts with the major Singapore banks.

Bank Deposit Info for Singapore Bank Accounts

DBS	Please add iSTOX as a payee via the DBS online banking web portal. Adding payees via DBS mobile app or DBS iWealth app is not supported at this time.
UOB	No specific instructions required.
OCBC	No specific instructions required.
CIMB	No specific instructions required.
HSBC	No specific instructions required.
Maybank	Please add iSTOX as a payee via the Maybank online banking web portal. Adding payees via Maybank mobile app is not supported at this time.
Standard Chartered	Please add iSTOX as a payee via the Standard Chartered online banking web portal. Adding payees via SCB mobile app is not supported at this time. After you have set iSTOX as a payee, you can transfer funds via either online banking or the SCB app.
Citibank	Please use the Citibank mobile app to add iSTOX’s account number as a payee before transferring funds to your iSTOX account. Adding payees via Citibank web banking is not supported at this time, as Citibank Web banking does not allow adding of a payee account number longer than 10 digits.
